Important Prize List Requirements
IMPORTANT PRIZE LIST REQUIREMENTS!
The CHJA requires Show Management to submit a proof of their prize list to the CHJA office for review at least two weeks prior to printing. If a proof is not submitted, and prize lists are not correct, the Association reserves the right to not recognize nor tabulate points for divisions that do not comply with CHJA specifications, as well as to impose a fine. We will let our members know as much via email, the web site or both.
For the benefit of our membership we are strictly enforcing the Prize List Requirements which were modified in 2007 in order to accomodate the request for shortened prize lists.
The current Prize List Requirements as outlined in the CHJA Rule Book under Rule 2, Part 1. E. are below for your reference.
