Holly Rebello

            The Rebello Family
Horses have been a part of my life since I started riding when I was eight years old in Smithfield, Rhode Island. I guess you could say they are my lifelong passion! After moving to Connecticut, I started showing and soon I was hooked. In addition to showing hunters and jumpers, I also did some dressage and eventing.

I attended the University of Rhode Island where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. After graduating, I was finally able to buy my first horse, London Fog, better known as "Austin.' He was only four years old at the time.

I am the owner of Hidden Brook Stables in Lebanon, CT and I am an in
Holly Rebelostructor at Windcrest Farm in Hebron, Connecticut. With over 50 horses and more than 100 students, Windcrest is one of the largest show barns in CT.  I teach thirty students a week and cannot imagine doing anything else!

My husband John and I live in Chaplin, CT  with our adorable son Zachary. We both love to ski. Unbelievably, cereal is my favorite food, but I am also known for loving a "French Vanilla, light and sweet," especially on show mornings!

I aZachary on Tuckerm a member of the CHJA Board of Directors and am the Co Chairman of the Equitation Committee, which oversees the Medal Finals. I also serve on the Awards Committee. Thanks to a dynamic committee, I always looking forward to the  Finals! I was also the recipient of the 2003 Sportsmanship Award, an honor I was proud to receive.
