November 1...2011 Sportsmanship Award Nomination Deadline

November 1...2011 Career Achievement Award Nomination Deadline

November 1...2011 Heaven Bound Award Nomination Deadline

November 1...2011 Scholarship Application Deadline

November 30...Last day of 2011 show year. All 2011 Annual Memberships and Horse Recordings expire except Lifetime.

December 1, 2011-First day of 2012 Show Year

December 1-Qualifying period for 2012 Hunter Classics begins

December 15-Banquet Invitations available on the CHJA web site. They will not be mailed.

December 15-Deadline to receive Banquet Program Photos

December 30-All 2011 Points are Final

January 3, 2012-Deadline to receive Walk Trot Photos for Banquet Slide Show

January 12-Deadline to receive Banquet Reservations.

January 17-Annual Meeting at the Marriott Courtyard in Cromwell at 8:00 PM. Membership is invited.

February 4-CHJA Annual Awards Banquet at the Hartford Hilton 

July 1-Invitations and Entry Forms will be mailed to Qualifiers for 2012 Medal Finals. Invitations will then be mailed weekly for those that qualify after this date.

July 2-Master's Medal Invitations and Entry forms will be mailed to all active members who were Medal Finals Champions and Reserve Champions in years past.

July 28-29-Last weekend to qualify for 2012 Medal Finals or Hunter Classics.

July 30-Qualifying Period for 2013 Medal Finals begins

August 3-All Medal Finals Entries must be received or postmarked by this date. There are no post entries and there will be no exceptions.

August 15-Order of Go will be posted on the website for the Hunter Classics and all Medal Classes

August 16 (Thursday)-Warm Up (must pre enter)

August 17-19 "2012 CHJA Medal Finals Weekend" at the Fairfield County Hunt Club
