December 10...2007 Sportsmanship Award Nomination Deadline

December 30...All 2007 Points are Final

December 30...2007 Year End Award Winners will be announced

January 2, 2008...Banquet Invitations will be mailed

January 7...Annual Meeting at the Crowne Pointe Plaza in Cromwell at 8:00

January 19...Deadline to receive Banquet reservations. 

February 2, 2008...CHJA Annual Banquet at the Hartford Hilton 

July 15...Invitations and Entry Forms mailed to Qualifiers for 2008 Medal Finals

July 22...Invitations and Entry Forms mailed to to those who qualifed after July 15

August 1-3.. Last weekend to qualify for 2008 Medal Finals or Hunter Classics at Windcrest Farm (8/1, 8/2) and End Of Hunt (8/3)

August 4...Qualifying Period for 2009 Medal Finals begins

August 4...Invitations and Entry Forms mailed to those who qualified after July 22

August 11...All Medal Finals Entries must be received or postmarked by this date. There will be no exceptions.

August 20...Order of Go will be posted on the website for the Hunter Classics and all Medal Classes

August 21, 22, 23, 24...2008 CHJA Medal Finals Weekend at the Fairfield County Hunt Club

October 15...2009 Membership Renewal Applications will be mailed

November 30, 2008...Last day of 2008 show year. All memberships expire except Lifetime.

December 1, 2008...First day of 2009 Show Year

December 1, 2008...Qualifying period for 2009 Hunter Classics begins
