2026 CHJA Medal Finals Prizelist
IMPORTANT!
TRAINERS MUST BE ACTIVE CHJA MEMBERS IN ORDER TO SUBMIT ENTRIES. IF THE TRAINER IS NOT A MEMBER, THE ENTRY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Eligibility requirements will be verified as each entry is received.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF ENTRIES
In order to reserve your place in the 2026 CHJA Medal
Finals, your completed entry form and check must be
mailed and received or postmarked by August 1, 2026.
There are no post entries. Entries received after the
deadline will be returned. There will be no exceptions.
COMPLETED ENTRY FORMS
Entry forms must be completely filled out before they are
mailed, including all signatures and membership numbers.
Numbers will not be issued if the entry from is incomplete.
This includes trainer signatures.
UNDER 18
An entry for an exhibitor under the age of 18 must be
signed by a parent or legal guardian.
MAIL ENTRY FORM AND PAYMENT
Full payment must accompany all entries. Send to
CHJA Medal Finals, c/o 78 Strawberry Hill Road,
Feeding Hills, MA 01030 by August 1st.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
If you want confirmation that Entry Forms were delivered,
send them “Delivery Confirmation”. Please do not send
Entry Forms “Signature Required” as it could delay the
entry’s receipt. Do not send CHJA Medal Finals Entries
to the Fairfield Horse Show.
VERIFICATION OF ENTRY FORM RECEIPT
As entry forms are received by the Show Secretary,
confirmation of receipt will be posted on the CHJA website at www.CHJA.net. Click on Medal Finals 2026 and
you can confirm that your entry form has been received.
Incomplete entries will not be posted as received.
