Sportsmanship Award Nomination Form
Is there a special someone in your barn whose
character best exemplifies the qualities of decency, fair play and graciousness
in victory or defeat? Why not nominate them for the CHJA Sportsmanship
Award?
To nominate a candidate for the Sportsmanship Award, send an essay
detailing why you think your candidate should be this year's winner. Amateur and
Junior members are eligible for the award. Your essay should detail why your
candidate should receive the "Julia Cotter Memorial Trophy" and explain how
their character best exemplifies the qualities of decency, fair play and
graciousness in victory or defeat.

Nominations for the Sportsmanship Award should be sent to Matt Couzens at matthewcouzens@sbcglobal.net or mailed to him at 16 Brookfield Drive, Ellington, CT 06029 by November 1. Nominations received after this date will not be considered.
