Scholarship Application
In order to be considered for the Connecticut Hunter Jumper Association Scholarship Fund, Inc. Awards, completed applications must be postmarked or received by December 1.
Applications may be mailed to CHJA Scholarship, 353 Racebrook Rd., Orange CT 06477.
They may also be submitted in pdf format to susannesasso@gmail.com or chjact@gmail.com
